Milford Woman Facing Charges After Waking Up In Syracuse Man’s BathtubA Milford woman is facing charges after she was allegedly found lying naked in a man’s bathtub while “tripping” on drugs.

Torri Shyenne Calland, 27, of 427 E. CR 1150N, lot 20, Milford, was booked in the Kosciusko County Jail at 4:01 p.m. Monday and charged with residential entry, a Level 6 felony; public intoxication, a Class B misdemeanor; and public nudity, a Class C misdemeanor.

According to the probable cause affidavit filed March 16 in Kosciusko Superior Court II, at approximately 3:12 a.m. Dec. 19, Syracuse police were dispatched to a home after a man said he was woken up by a noise and yelling coming from the bathroom.

The man said when he checked on the noise, he found a woman – later identified as Calland – nude in the bath tub. The man told police that he told the woman he was going to call the cops, so Calland allegedly crawled out of the house and started walking around his yard until the police arrived.

According to court papers, when officers arrived at the scene, they saw Calland walking toward the squad car wearing no clothing. The woman continued walking on Koko Drive, talking to herself, according to the affidavit.

When police spoke with Calland, according to court papers, she admitted to be under the influence of a substance and being on a “bad trip,” but would not say what drug she took.

Calland’s clothing was located in the area by police, and she was taken to Kosciusko Community Hospital for treatment. Temperatures on Dec. 19 were in the low 30s, according to the affidavit.

Her bond was set at $5,250.
