Milford Man Gets Nine Years For Molesting Two ChildrenA Milford man was sentenced to nine years in prison Wednesday for molesting two children.
Jerry Wayne Lecount, 46, formerly of 13918 N. CR 400W, Milford, appeared in front of Kosciusko County Superior Court I Judge Pro Tem Karen Springer Wednesday and was sentenced to nine years in the Indiana Department of Corrections for a Level 4 felony child molesting charge, with six years executed and three suspended to formal probation. Lecount also was sentenced to three years in the IDOC for child solicitation, a Level 5 felony. The sentences will run consecutively.
The case stems from a Nov. 20, 2019, report of a child being molested by Lecount.
According to the court papers, Lecount admitted he molested two children in Kosciusko, LaGrange and Marshall counties, beginning in early 2019.
Lecount was also sentenced to prison time in Marshall and LaGrange counties for child molesting and sexual misconduct with a minor.
