MILFORD – Through Milford Elementary School’s annual Santa Store, students were able to raise $1,250 to donate to the Milford Food Bank.
The Santa Store featured items donated by community members, allowing students to shop for gifts — all priced at just $1. The store was proudly managed by a hardworking team of fourth- and fifth-grade students, with support from Mrs. Zimmerman and the dedicated custodial staff, according to a news release from the Milford Food Bank.
Angie Deak from Milford Food Bank extended a heartfelt thank you to the entire community, students and MES staff for helping make this year’s Santa Store a success and for supporting MFB in so many amazing ways throughout the year, stated the release.
