Michael R. ‘Mike’ PeaseSYRACUSE – Michael R. “Mike” Pease, 55, of Kimmell, passed away at 1:42 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 11, 2022, at Kosciusko Community Hospital in Warsaw.
He was born on Nov. 12, 1966, in Goshen, to Thomas Stanley and Catherine Sherry Pease.
He graduated from Goshen High School and lived most of his life in the Goshen/Syracuse/Kimmell area. He was married on Aug. 28, 2000, in Syracuse, to Anne E. Summe, who survives. He was employed at Lippert Components in Goshen for 18 years and formerly worked at Bison in Milford.
He was a member of the Sons of the American Legion in North Webster.
He is survived by wife, Anne Summe–Pease, of Kimmell; sister, Crystal Pease, of Fort Wayne; three nieces and nephews; and special family friend, Janice Booth.
He was preceded in death by his parents; stepmother, Shirley Pease; and special friend, Rick Booth.
Cremation will take place at Cremation Services of Kosciusko County, 4356 N. Ind. 15, Warsaw. Visitation will be from 12 to 1:30 p.m. on Saturday, March 5 at Owen Family Funeral Home, 1001 S. Huntington St., Syracuse. Memorial services will follow at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday in the funeral home with Pastor Amy Sheets officiating. Masks are optional, however, family would prefer them, and social distancing is encouraged.
