PIERCETON – Michael Kermit Tacker, 68, Pierceton, died Wednesday, Dec. 3, 2025, at Lutheran Hospital, Fort Wayne.
He was born April 2, 1957, in Peru, Ind., to Paul Kermit and Mona Jo Herrell Tacker. Michael joined the Marines in 1975 and became a corporal.
On Jan. 13, 1978, he married Laura Lee Harmon, who survives.
A Celebration of Life will be held at McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Pierceton, on Thursday, Dec. 11 from 4 to 7 p.m. for family and friends to share memories of Michael.
