SYRACUSE - Mary Ann Rex, 88, of Syracuse, died at 10:50 p.m. Nov. 14, 2009, in Goshen General Hospital.
She was born July 17, 1921, in Milford, to William A. and Telitha P. Butt Bushong. On Sept. 6, 1947, in Milford, she married William H. Rex, who died July 29, 1997.
A lifetime Kosciusko County resident, she graduated from Milford High School in 1939, and a homemaker. She was a member of the USO during World War II and a member of Milford First Brethren Church.
Surviving are a son, Dennis (and spouse Janet) Rex, North Webster; and two grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two sisters and three brothers.
Private family services will be held. Burial will be in Solomon Creek Cemetery, New Paris.
