Martha Louise "Patty" Wallace, 64, of Warsaw, died at 12:16 p.m. March 23, 2008, in Lutheran Hospital, Fort Wayne.
She was born Sept. 7, 1943, in Oak Park, Ill., to Andres C. and Beatrice K. Klein Retzman.
Moving to Warsaw from Kent, Ohio, 30 years ago, she was an assembler at Cardinal Center, Warsaw, for 25 years, and a member of First Christian Church, Warsaw.
Surviving are a sister, Barbara C. Bales, Indianapolis; a brother, Alan (and spouse Ellen) Retzman, Niagra Falls, Ontario, Canada; two nieces, Mary Kathryn Retzman (and Frank Ertl), Toronto, Ontario, Canada, and Meredith (and spouse Brian) Mitchell, Ann Arbor, Mich.; two nephews, Jason (and spouse Stacy) Bales and Carey Bales, both of Indianapolis; three great-nieces; and a great-nephew.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Titus Funeral Home, Warsaw, with the Rev. Ronnie Sams of First Christian Church, Warsaw, officiating. Burial will be in Chapel Hill Gardens, Oakbrook Terrace, Ill.
Calling is one hour prior to the service Wednesday at the funeral home.
