Martha “Kelly” Davis, 73, of Warsaw, passed away on Monday, Jan. 17, 2022, at Kosciusko County Hospital, Warsaw.
She was born on Sept. 29, 1948, in Terre Haute. She was united in marriage to Michael R. Davis, who survives. She was a graduate of Terre Haute South High School.
Kelly will be lovingly remembered by her husband, Mike Davis, of Warsaw; children, Chris Keidel, of Indianapolis; and Michael S. Davis, of Columbus, Ohio; three grandchildren: Arlo Keidel, Rylie and Kalyn Davis.
Private services will be held. McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw, is entrusted with arrangements.
