Martha Alexander Allen Williams died Jan. 17, 2009.
She was born July 19, 1946. She married Jeff Williams, who survives.
She was a Huntington High School graduate and earned master's degrees in fine arts at North Manchester College and in education at Saint Francis University. She taught art in the Warsaw school system for 25 years. She then specialized in art therapy for troubled children at Bashor Children's Home.
Also surviving are her father, Charles Alexander; a sister, Sara; and a son, Nick Allen.
Her body was donated to the medical students of Indiana University.
A service will be held in the summer.
