Marjorie N. Rankin, 66, of 320 W. Main St., Warsaw, died at 8:30 p.m. Oct. 16, 2008, at Mason Health Care, Warsaw.
She was born Sept. 12, 1942, in Pittsburgh, Pa., to Joseph and Gertrude Hershberger. She married Thomas E. Rankin, who died Dec. 16, 1995.
She was a Warsaw resident for 20 years and a former preschool teacher and group home assistant for Cardinal Center Inc. She attended Warsaw Wesleyan Church and First Christian Church, Warsaw. She was an alumni of Adrean College, Grove City College, Slippery Rock College and the University of Mexico.
Surviving are two daughters, Debora Boyd, Warsaw, and Julie Lockwood, Irwin, Tenn.; and two granddaughters.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw, with Ronnie Sams officiating. Burial will be at Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw.
Calling is one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
