NORTH MANCHESTER - At Wednesday night's meeting, the North Manchester Town Council approved a funding request from the Manchester Early Learning Center.
The town will provide a $30,000 contribution to the Center, represented at the meeting by Jim Chinworth.
The council also approved 2023 tax abatement certifications for six local businesses, including Pre-Med Tech and Shepherd's Chevrolet.
In old business, the council approved two ordinances, building code revisions and anti-discrimination, on third reading, and two parking ordinances on second reading.
There was a town docket of $472,340.92 and a utilities docket of $146,260.34.
