A Milford man was taken to jail for allegedly selling heroin during a controlled purchase by NET43.
Eric Michael Rasmussen, 40, Mishawaka, was booked in the Kosciusko County Jail at 12:17 p.m. Monday and faces charges of dealing in a narcotic drug more than 1 gram, a Level 4 felony; and possession of a narcotic drug, a Level 6 felony.
According to the probable cause affidavit filed Dec. 10 in Kosciusko Circuit Court, on Feb. 15, 2019, officers with NET43 conducted a controlled purchase of 2.5 grams of heroin from Rasmussen.
The transaction was captured on audio and video recording.
