The Magical Meadows is inviting the community to an evening of classic and super cars, food and family fun at its Pistons & Ponies Cruise-In and Fish Fry.
The event will run from 4 to 8 p.m. Saturday, July 11 at its 43-acre campus just outside of Oswego.
Whether you have a classic car, a lifted truck, a motorcycle, or simply enjoy admiring impressive vehicles, everyone is welcome to attend this family-friendly event, according to a news release from The Magical Meadow. Guests can spend the evening exploring a lineup of cars, trucks and motorcycles while enjoying an all-you-can-eat fried fish dinner, provided by B&M Builders and the Schwartz family.
Adult dine-in meals are available for $15, while children can enjoy the buffet for $7. Carryout fish boxes are also available for $10 each.
Community members are encouraged to pre-order meals by stopping by The Magical Meadows office or by calling Executive Director Michael Kuhn at 574-377-1946. Walk-in guests are also welcome.
There is no entry fee for cruise-in participants or spectators. Cruise-in participants are encouraged to arrive between 3:30 and 4 p.m. to get parked.
"This event is a wonderful opportunity to bring people together for an evening of fellowship and fun while supporting a mission that changes lives every day," said Kuhn. "Whether you're coming for the vehicles, the fish, or simply to spend time with friends and family, every meal purchased helps provide life-changing equine-assisted services to people who need it in our community."
Proceeds from the event directly support The Magical Meadows' therapeutic horseback riding and equine-assisted programs, which serve children and adults with physical, cognitive, and emotional challenges, as well as veterans, first responders and at-risk youth throughout northern Indiana.
