Lynn Estep, aged 79, passed away peacefully on July 23, 2026, in Lafayette.
Born on Dec. 27, 1946, Lynn dedicated many years to human resources management at Holiday Rambler and served as an emergency medical technician in Bourbon for 18 years, showing a profound commitment to her community.
Lynn is survived by her loving husband of 55 years, Raud V. Estep; sons, Mr. Scott Estep (Laurie) and Dr. Raud Duane Estep (Wanda); daughters, Mrs. Melissa Nunez (Jose) and Ms. Jaime Estep; brother, Jay Van Sickle; 12 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Jay and Lois Van Sickle; and sisters, Jan and Jayette Van Sickle.
A woman of faith, Lynn cherished her connection with the Lord, faithfully attending online services weekly from Camp Creek Church of Etna Green and Covenant Church of Lafayette. Her hobbies included fishing and various arts and crafts, which brought joy not only to her but also to those around her.
Lynn's life was marked by her unwavering service to others, her deep faith, and the love she had for her family and friends. She leaves behind a legacy of kindness, dedication, and joy that will be cherished and remembered by all who knew her.
