Lakeland Youth Center announced it received $5,000 from Kosciusko County Community Foundation’s Dekko Enhancement Fund. The dollars will be used to fund preschool scholarships, purchase science, technology, engineering, and mathematics kits and manipulatives, and acquisition materials for creative and dramatic play. The grant’s provisions allow LYC’s preschool to enrich the lives of young learners with an integrated STEM curriculum and enhanced learning environment.
