First Friday returns this Friday in downtown Warsaw and the sounds of music will fill the air.
The theme for this month’s festival is all about music.
Check out the following live bands:
• Bath House Records will host two live bands in the store’s lower level.
• Beez and the Rocker will be at Latte Lounge.
• Madi Hale will be at Meraki.
• Jerry Kramer and his magic guitar will be in front of Mountain Music.
• Adrienne Fraley will be at One Ten restaurant.
• IPFW’s The Singing Dons will be strolling around the festival from 5:30 to 6:30 pm.
• On Center Stage, Russ Weed will perform as Frank Sinatra, beginning at 5:30 p.m.
• Following “Sinatra,” a local 10-piece band, Fascinating Rhythm, will perform for two hours beginning at 6:30 p.m.
The jazz band also will be joined by the Lakeland Community Choir.
One new aspect this month is the role of Crossroads Community Church, which wil provide a safe, fun area for children age 4 to fifth grade.
Parents can register kids and drop them off for a period of time. Parents can find the group at the northeast corner of the courthouse lawn, according to First Fridays organizers.
