She was born Oct. 15, 1933, to Joseph I. and Clara A. Miller Garrison in Wabash.
Loretta married James A. Klutz on April 20, 1952; he died Nov. 4, 1996. Loretta married Charles L. Owens on June 27, 1998; he died Oct. 27, 2006.
A graveside service will be held at a later date.
The family of Loretta A. Klutz Owens has entrusted McKee Mortuary, North Manchester, with care and final arrangements.
