Loretta A. "Lori" Habegger, 51, of 2797 W. CR 700N, Leesburg, was found dead at 10:33 a.m. May 29, 2008, at her residence.
She was born April 1, 1957, in West Virginia, to John and Helen M. Smith Vealey. On Sept. 28, 1985, she married Michael L. Habegger, who died May 29, 2008.
A homemaker, she was a resident of Kosciusko County since 1985. She previously worked as an office manager for Independent Appraisal Service of Leesburg. She attended Warsaw Community Church, and was a 1975 Whitko High School graduate.
Survivors include a son, Rodney Habegger, Warsaw; her father, John Vealey, Warsaw; and three sisters: Sandy Grindle, Silver Lake; Brenda Bowers, Warsaw; and Patricia Callahan, North Manchester. She was preceded in death by her mother.
Services will be at 11 a.m. June 7 at Redpath-Fruth Funeral Home, Warsaw, with Edd Habegger officiating. Her ashes will be scattered in Florida at a later date.
