Local Working Group Meeting Hosted By Kosciusko County SWCD

Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) is seeking local input to address local natural resource concerns. The Kosciusko County Soil and Water Conservation District, in cooperation with the NRCS, will be convening a local working group.
Join them at the local working group meeting Aug. 4, where they’ll discuss matters related to natural resource conservation and agriculture in the community. This meeting, held in alignment with the farm bill’s objective, emphasizes the role of public insights in shaping local priorities.
The local working group will be at 6 p.m. Aug. 4 at the USDA Building, 217 E. Bell Drive, Warsaw.
Your participation as a representative knowledgeable about the area’s resources and agriculture is invaluable, according to a provided news release. Together, everyone will contribute to prioritizing local concerns, impacting programs such as EQIP and CSP. This meeting will foster a diverse exchange of ideas, aiming to strengthen conservation efforts.
