Lloyd E. TillmanLloyd E. Tillman, 96, passed away at 11:10 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 4, 2022.
Born in Plymouth, on May 6, 1926, Lloyd was the son of Owen Walter and Thelma Carol Eby Tillman. He graduated from Plymouth High School with the Class of 1944. On a blind date, Lloyd met Jessie Marcelle Markley. They would wed in Nappanee on Dec. 15, 1947.
A hard-working farmer, Lloyd farmed in Marshall County and in 1962 in Kosciusko County. Lloyd and Jessie loved RV camping and playing cards, especially euchre. He also enjoyed reading.
He is survived by his children: Pat (Joe) Walters, of Claypool; Gary (Linda) Tillman, of Bremen; Becky (Eddie) Drudge, of Claypool; and Dale (Deb) Tillman, of Claypool; 14 grandchildren; 33 great-grandchildren and 16 great-great-grandchildren. Lloyd was preceded in death by his wife, parents and great-granddaughter.
Private burial will be held in the New Oak Hill Cemetery, Plymouth.
