Linda Lou Jeffersen Howard, 54, Pierceton, passed away at 7:45 a.m. Feb. 17, 2016, in her residence. On Jan. 27, 1962, in Columbia City, she was born to Kelsey and Carolyn Parrett Jeffersen. She was united in marriage with Wayne Howard and then married David Richter. She lived most of her life in the Pierceton area. She loved family and especially the kids. She was a real people person and would do anything to bring a smile to someone’s face. Surviving are two sons, Kevin Howard and Tyler Richter, both of Warsaw; her grandson, Atticus Howard, Warsaw; her mother, Carolyn Harrold, Florida; four sisters: Christine Sutton, Kelly Arms, Pamela Igbo, Rhonda Holman and her companion Mike Everest, Pierceton. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Maria Howard. Services and burial will be at a later date.
