A construction update on the Lincoln Neighborhood Sidewalk Project was provided Wednesday by Phend & Brown Inc., contractors and engineers for the Warsaw project.
Changing weather conditions and/or internal schedule changes may alter the dates below. Traffic control signage and detour markings will be provided in advance of, and during any closure.
Phase 1 is tree clearing. Starting on or after Thursday, Oct. 19, clearing of trees within the right-of-way for construction of new sidewalks will begin. Work will progress block by block through the project. Daytime closures of street sections will occur to protect vehicles and workers. “No parking” signs will be installed in advance of closures to allow residents to move vehicles. Alternate routes are suggested to avoid delays.
Work will occur only during daylight hours.
