Editor, Times-Union: It's common knowledge that you can drive over the posted speed limit by 10 to 15 miles per hour and for the most part not get ticketed.
The trouble is, if you drive the speed limit - these things are going to happen - you are going to be tailgated, passed on yellow lines and endanger oncoming traffic.
I am asking law enforcement to crack down on the problem so that those of us who wish to obey posted speed limit signs can do so and not be intimidated and run over by those who disregard and ignore laws.
