Leesburg Woman Killed In Single-Vehicle Crash Sunday

A Leesburg woman was killed Sunday morning in a single-vehicle accident on Ind. 25.
A Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office news release identified the deceased as Cassandra J. Doerr, 29.
The accident occurred at 3:47 a.m. Sunday south of Ferguson Road on Ind. 25 in Wayne Township.
The KCSO 911 Communications Center received several calls reporting a single-vehicle accident southwest of Warsaw early Sunday morning, the news release states.
According to the preliminary results of the ongoing investigation, conducted by the KCSO Fatal Team, Doerr was driving a 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee south on Ind. 25, south of Ferguson Road. The Jeep left the east side of Ind. 25, rolled over several times and came to a rest at a significant distance from the roadway.
Doerr, the only occupant of the Jeep, was pronounced dead at the scene by the Kosciusko County Coroner’s Office.
