Leda Faye Self, 90, died Tuesday, July 28, 2026.
She was born Aug. 13, 1935, in Checotah, Okla., to Melva Virginia Boyster Murray and Joe Murray. She married Hallie Junior Self on July 10, 1952, in Okmulgee, Okla.; Hallie died Feb. 11, 2017.
Leda’s life will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 4 at Redpath-Fruth-Byers Funeral Home, Warsaw, and officiated by Pastor Marc Transparenti. A graveside service will follow for both Leda and her husband Hallie where they will be laid to rest at Oakwood Cemetery of Warsaw.
