Leaders On Fire, a leadership development organization serving leaders across the Kosciusko County area, has announced the launch of its fifth leadership roundtable group, set to begin in late February.
A waiting list is now open for leaders interested in participating in the upcoming “Ignite Roundtable,” according to a provided news release.
Over the past year, their roundtable groups have brought together nearly 40 local leaders from business, ministry and the community for small, in-person leadership experiences focused on growth, accountability and purpose-driven leadership.
“These roundtables were created to give leaders a space to grow holistically,” said Drew Scholl, founder and CEO of Leaders On Fire. “We’ve seen leaders experience meaningful transformation not just in how they lead at work, but in how they show up at home, in relationships and in the broader community.”
Ignite Roundtables, designed to ignite deep personal and leadership transformation, are intentionally limited in size, with each group capped at 12 participants. Leaders meet monthly for two-hour sessions designed to foster trust, honest conversation and practical leadership development centered on integrating faith into real-life leadership, the release states.
Because of the depth of the experience and the limited number of seats, Leaders On Fire curates a list of candidates from the waiting list to form each roundtable group. Participants for the February roundtable will be selected from that waiting list to ensure a strong mix of leaders and perspectives. Interest is already high, and once the group is filled, registration will close, the release states.
“One of the most common things we hear from participants is that they didn’t realize how much they needed a space like this until they experienced it,” Scholl added. “These are leaders who are hungry to grow and ready to lead ALL IN with greater clarity and intention.”
The February Ignite Roundtable will be Leaders On Fire’s fifth group since launching the initiative locally. The organization partners with community groups, including the Chamber of Commerce, to invite leaders who are actively invested in personal and professional growth.
