Thanks to the Times-Union for reporting Lakeland Christian Academy's SAT scores along with those of area public schools. We are proud of our student's accomplishments and delighted to have them recognized.
In addition to top test scores, LCA offers a low 11:1 student-to-teacher ratio. Our modern building and grounds are well maintained and our teachers are top-notch with many having advanced degrees. More importantly, we are free to teach from a Biblical world view with God in the center of all our learning and that is an important distinctive.
We are accredited by the Association of Christian Schools International and the North Central Association. LCA's graduation requirements meet or exceed those of the Indiana State Department of Education Core 40. Also, we are now offering accredited online courses to everyone at www.lcacougars.com Check out our updated Web site for that and other information about LCA.
Our mission statement is this: Lakeland Christian Academy exists to provide a biblically centered education environment so that its students may be equipped to become Christ-honoring members of their families, churches and communities. If you are a parent who wants this to be the focus of their child's education, please consider LCA.
