ROCHESTER - Laurence Hubert Norris, 94, of 103 E. Brown St., Fulton, died at 4:45 p.m. Aug. 24, 2008, in Chase Center, Logansport.
He was born July 5, 1914, in Fulton County, to Hugh and Blanche Dawson Norris. On Feb. 15, 1940, he married Margurite Slonaker, who preceded him in death. On Aug. 25, 1996, he married Mary Louise Goodner, who survives.
Also surviving are two daughters, including Doris Ann (and spouse Tim) Goode, Rochester; a son; and four grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a daughter and two brothers.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Good Family Funeral Home, Rochester, with Pastor Bruce Russell officiating. Burial will be in Fulton Cemetery with graveside military rites by members of the Marine Corp.
Calling is from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday and one hour prior to the service Friday at the funeral home.
