Larry D. Bradley, 56, died at 7:37 a.m. Oct. 23, 2012, in Lutheran Hospital, Fort Wayne. He was born Feb. 22, 1956, in Chicago, Ill., to J.W. and Diane Bradley Phillips. Surviving are three brothers: Fred Christian, Warsaw; Willy Phillips, Phoenix, Ariz.; and Otis Phillips, Chicago; two sisters, Mary Bradley, Chicago, and Sharon Mays, Carbondale. He was preceded in death by his parents. Burial will take place at a later date in Chicago. Titus Funeral Home, Warsaw, is in charge of arrangements.
