Lakeland Youth Center announced the receipt of $2,500 from the Shoop Sports and Youth Foundation. Grant monies will be used to purchase soccer field equipment, soccer balls and accessories, basketballs and assist with officiating expenses for both sports. Shoop Sports and Youth Foundation has supported the local community since 1946. Located in North Webster, the Shoop Sports and Youth Foundation is a non-profit organization with a mission to support and empower children to thrive and achieve lifelong successes.
