Kuder Estates

Editor, Times-Union:

I am writing to you concerning the article titled "Kuder Estates In Violation Of City Code" published in your Aug. 17 edition. There are a few corrections that need to be made.

On April 26, the EMS was called to apartment 4012 at Kuder Estates. The apartment is occupied by my mother, Rita Sexton. As stated in your article, there was a vehicle occupying a parking spot located directly in front of the ramp, leading to the parking area. The EMS crew did a great job that morning and they saved my mother's life, but the next person needing assistance may not be that lucky.

So, many people let things like this go and companies like Management Resource Development are allowed to do whatever they want and ignore the law. Kuder Estates is just one complex this company takes care of, so I just wonder how many other violations they have been allowed to ignore.

In closing, I would like to thank Multi-Township EMS, Mayor Wiggins, the city council, Mr. Skinner and Mr. Slabaugh for all their hard work.

Tony Sexton
