In response to Dale Conley's pot hole letter to the editor: I felt sorry for Kosciusko County to have Noble County get ahead of them.
Saturday night, April 25, I traveled to my alumni banquet at Wolf Lake in Noble County. I took the Backwater route east. No one had to tell us when we reached the county line.
From there on until we reached Highway 33, there was not a patch in the road for say 25 miles. It was a pleasure driving.
Go to Marshall, Whitley, Wabash, Fulton as we do and you know when you arrive at the county line.
