For entrepreneurship, plans are underway to establish an innovation center to provide a front door for entrepreneurs’ access to community ideas, talent and capital. For housing, KEDCO will establish a $10 million revolving loan fund to support property acquisition and pre-development activities. For talent recruitment, they will establish an ongoing recruitment campaign focused on ex-Hoosiers and alumni of colleges and universities in Indiana.
The next KLA session will take place at the Kosciusko Community YMCA on March 8 to hear about diversity in Kosciusko County.
KLA is in its 40th year of service to the county. As an independent 501(c)3 organization, KLA conducts biweekly morning sessions around the county to expose leaders to a wide variety of local topics and experts. The annual whitepaper projects have yielded many benefits to the citizens of Kosciusko County.
