Continuously serving Kosciusko County since 1854
Keller Williams Realty Group celebrated its grand opening Friday with a ribbon-cutting ceremony with the Kosciusko Chamber of Commerce.
Jerad Crooks, one of the investors and realtors, said while Friday was day one for the Buffalo Street location, the three investors, Jerad, wife Carolyn Crooks and Stacie Schlichtenmyer have been in business for 10-plus years between the three of them.
He said Keller Williams is a full-service real estate company that looks to help people looking at buying or selling a home. They also have partners they work with to get financing done and title and closing work done.
Keller Williams has about nine agents working out of the Buffalo Street office and they’re looking to grow that as much as possible. They currently serve all of northern Indiana and have offices in Elkhart and Fort Wayne.
Jerad said the reason for locating to Buffalo Street is really about community outreach and, “How many other businesses can we support by being down here? And how many people can we cheer on and encourage and those types of things? And we just know that by doing those things in life that the business kind of falls into place.”
If anyone is looking for their services, Jerad said they can contact them through social media and their email address is warsawkw@gmail.com.
