Continuously serving Kosciusko County since 1854
The Kosciusko Board of Realtors congratulates Mindy Scaggs on her successful completion of the Indiana Association of Realtors Leadership Academy and her recent completion of the Graduate, Realtor Institute (GRI) designation.
The year-long Leadership Academy is designed to prepare Realtor leaders with the knowledge, skills and confidence to better serve their clients and communities, according to a news release from The Kosciusko Board of Realtors. Through sessions focused on teambuilding, communication, professional development and business best practices, graduates are equipped to take on leadership roles within the real estate industry and beyond.
In addition to completing the Leadership Academy, Scaggs has also earned her GRI designation, a nationally recognized professional designation that reflects advanced education and expertise in real estate practices, transactions and professional standards, the release states.
After 27 years in sales and customer retention, Scaggs received her Real Estate Broker license in 2017. She opened Legacy Group Real Estate, a boutique brokerage, in March 2021. Currently, Scaggs is president of the Kosciusko Board of Realtors, a board director of the Indiana Regional MLS, and a board member of The Watershed Foundation.
She and her husband, Rick, have been full-time residents of the Barbee Chain of Lakes for 19 years. They have seven grandchildren.
