Katherine Motherwell, 60, of Warsaw, died at 7:57 a.m. June 19, 2010, in Lutheran Hospital, Fort Wayne.
She was born Nov. 10, 1949, in Wolf Lake, to Charles D. and Dixie R. Miller Donham.
She moved to Warsaw from Florida three years ago.
Surviving are a daughter, Kimberly Motherwell, Warsaw; a sister, Connie Powell, Etna Green; three granddaughters, Kiefer, Keri and Kaila Motherwell, all of Warsaw. She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Gary Donham.
No services or calling are planned.
