Kaleb Brandon Green, age 23, of Warsaw, Ind., passed away at 6 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 5, 2019, in Warsaw.
Kaleb was born on Oct. 24, 1995, in Anderson, to Korey B. and Kari L. Hughes Green.
He worked as a forklift operator for Dutchman Inc. in Goshen.
Kaleb is survived by his mother, Kari (Jay) Hicks, of Warsaw; father, Korey (Kari) Green, of Warsaw; son, Owen Green, of Warsaw; siblings Karsen, Kaliope, Kacelynn, Braylin, Daylin and Adalin, all of Warsaw. He is also survived by his maternal grandfather, Dave (Faith) Breece, of Anderson; paternal grandparents, Andy (Angie) Green, of Warsaw, and Barbara Freel, of Leesburg; and paternal great-grandmother, Jennie Green, of Warsaw.
He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Darrell Brookins and Jean Mock; and great-grandfather, Charlie Green.
The memorial service will be held at 6 p.m. Friday, Sept. 13, at Celebration U.M. Church, Warsaw, with Pastor David Kyle officiating. Friends may visit with the family from 4 to 6 p.m. prior to the service at the church. Interment will be private.
All arrangements are entrusted to McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw.
