K21 Health Services Pavilion Celebrates 10 YearsWhat started as a white paper project through the Kosciusko Leadership Academy, K21 Health Services Pavilion has now been serving the community for a decade.

On Tuesday, the agencies housed in the pavilion hosted a business after hours event through the Kosciusko Chamber of Commerce to welcome the public to the facility as they celebrate 10 years. Over 80 community members joined for the event, toured the facility, and were able to connect with representatives from each agency to learn more about the services they provide for the community.

The Health Services Pavilion serves as a central point for local nonprofit agencies in the health sector that serve the Kosciusko County community and surrounding areas. The building was funded by the K21 Health Foundation, but is a separate entity and is operated by its tenants.

There are 12 agencies housed in the Health Services Pavilion: WIC (Women, Infants, and Children), Heartline Pregnancy Center, BABE Boutique, Healthy Families, Kosciusko Cares, The Help Center, Medication and Dental Assistance, Kosciusko Home Care & Hospice, BrightPoint, Northern Indiana Hispanic Health Coalition, Tobacco Free Coalition and the Kosciusko County Health Department.

The Health Services Pavilion is at 1515 Provident Drive, Warsaw. It is open Monday, 8:30 a.m. to 7 p.m.; and Tuesday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
