AKRON – Judy A. Feldman, 70, rural Akron, passed away at 6:45 p.m. March 17, 2015, at Peabody Retirement Community, North Manchester, surrounded by her husband and daughters when she met her Lord and Savior.
She was born Jan. 17, 1945, in Warsaw, to C. Wayne and Mary Idle Lynch. On March 20, 1965, in Mentone, she married David L. Feldman, who survives in Akron.
She was a homemaker. She was a 1963 graduate of Mentone High School and a member of the Beaver Dam United Methodist Church. She was an avid quilter. She was a faithful and dedicated wife and mother.
Also surviving are two daughters, Dana Feldman, Warsaw, and Rachelle Carson (and companion Micheal Neiman), Shipshewana; two brothers, Dick (and spouse Betty) Lynch, Claypool, and Terry Lynch, Leesburg; and a sister, Janice (and spouse John) Feldman, Akron. She was preceded in death by her parents; a sister-in-law, Jean Lynch; and a nephew, Tony Feldman.
Graveside services and burial will be at 1:30 p.m. Saturday at Mentone Cemetery, with the Rev. Evelyn Taylor Haney officiating.
No visitation is planned at this time.
Arrangements are entrusted to Hartzler Funeral Home, 305 W. Rochester St., Akron.
