Judith Ann McKeigue

Judith Ann McKeigue, 70, Warsaw, passed away at 3:30 p.m.  May 19, 2014, at her residence at Retired Tigers of Warsaw.
She was born Feb. 20, 1944, in Kosciusko County, to Joseph Francis McKeigue and Viola (Smith) Babcock.
She was a private woman who was at times quite hard to peg. However, what can be said about her for certain was that she worked hard her whole life, having worked for many years at Maple Leaf in Milford, retiring in 2011. She attended Alcoholics Anonymous occasionally for the past few years, and she could be stubborn, and rarely did a phone conversation last over a minute. She loved her children and grandchildren dearly. She looked up to her big brother and admired her little sister. She liked to laugh, joke around and have a good time. But if there was one thing to remember about Judy McKeigue it is that she’d give the shirt off her back and the last dime in her pocket to help a complete stranger… and that is for certain.
She will be missed dearly by her son, Chris (and spouse Anne) Nelson; a daughter, Paige (and spouse John) Hubner; grandchildren Claire, Audrey, and Owen; a brother, Joe (and spouse Jan) McKeigue; a sister, Jane (and spouse Miles) Perry; and many friends who have shared laughs with her over the years.
No services are planned. Arrangements were entrusted to Redpath-Fruth Funeral Home, 225 Argonne Road, Warsaw.
