Well, here we go again, some of these letter writers are like third-graders, you have to repeat all the facts over and over again. It's like "Why, Mommie?" hour after hour, day after day, week after week.
We were in the beginnings of a recession the last year or two of Clintons' years, which by the way were wrapped in scandal and mysterious deaths of Clintons' "friends" and "business associates". It's very clear that there is a good chance 9/11 wouldn't have happened if Billy would have been doing the country's business instead of playing house with a pretty intern.
His "surplus" came about through his cutting defense and closing bases, along with other mistakes. G.W. "inherited" that mess, then nine months later we were attacked. That not only cost lives, but millions of dollars. Thank God, the Patriot Act came about and more strikes on the U.S. were stopped.
We should have gone to war with Iraq at the same time we were in Afghanistan. Iraq harbored, trained and aided the same terrorists who planned and pulled off 9/11. When it came to Iraq, there was no choice, we did what was right and what we had to do. Thanks to our fine military.
The Bush tax cuts were great. Everyone who paid taxes got a break and the ones who made the least, the middle class, got the best break, even thought the "rich" pay the most in taxes.
When the Congress became the lead in liberals, (socialists) that's when the bottom began falling out from under us. Bush was a good man and a good president though I feel too many persons were added to the government rolls and there should never have been any bailouts, then, or all of them since.
The socialist Barack Obama and his thug henchmen Pelosi, Reid and the rest of the progressives who now control our government, are not only liars and hypocrites, but are defenders of everything our forefathers fought against. They are intent on stripping us of our God, our freedoms, our grandchildren, even our children's futures. They want to make the United States a welfare state with government in charge of every aspect of our life, and our death.
Judgement day is election day 2010 and 2012. It's time to clean house of every liberal and in fact any party who wants this nation to go down. We aren't going down without a fight. We are not going to let liberal tyranny take away what our forefathers, grandfathers, fathers and loved ones fought and sacrificed for so that we might be free. We need to apologize to no one for our nation's history. We are the greatest nation on earth, and God has walked with us, in our past, to make us what we are.
