NORTH WEBSTER – Joseph W. “Joe” Howe, 55, Cromwell, died at 11:28 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 28, 2019, at Goshen Hospital.
He was born on July 26, 1964, in Fort Riley, Kan., to Ronald Elmer “Ron” and Margaret Louise “Peggy” Schafer Howe. He was a United States Marine Corps veteran. He was married on July 29, 2000, in Pigeon Forge, Ten., to Lori Ann Black Taylor, who survives.
Visitation is 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 5 at Owen Family Funeral Home, North Webster. Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. on Friday, Dec. 6 at the Mock Addition of the North Webster Cemetery.
