AKRON – Jordan Joseph Schultz, 29, Akron, died at 12:48 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 21, 2019, at Lutheran Hospital of Fort Wayne.
He was born March 4, 1990, in Warsaw, to Anthony Schultz and Janet Cook.
He was married June 12, 2010, in Rochester, to Danielle Ortega; she survives.
He served in the Army National Guard in the Airborne Infantry after graduating high school.
Funeral services will take place at 2 p.m. Monday, Aug. 26 in the Beaver Dam United Methodist Church, Akron, with Pastor Teri White officiating.
Visitation will take place from noon to 2 p.m., Monday, Aug. 26 at Beaver Dam United Methodist Church.
Arrangements are entrusted to Hartzler Funeral Home, Akron, Indiana.
