NORTH MANCHESTER – Joan Koller, 91, of North Manchester, died at 8:48 a.m. March 14, 2013, in Kosciusko Community Hospital, Warsaw. She was born Aug. 24, 1921, in North Manchester, to Floren H. and Faye Jenkins Lautzenhiser. On Oct. 22, 1944, she married Charles R. Koller, who survives. She was a homemaker, taught at the kindergarten level and worked in retail crafts and hobby shops. She was a member of United Methodist Church, North Manchester. She graduated from Chester High School in 1939 and attended Manchester College. She was a member of Xi Iota Xi. Also surviving are five sons: James (and spouse Sue) Koller, Geneva, Ill.; John (and spouse Gloria) Koller, Fort Myers, Fla.; William (and spouse Nancy) Koller, Ellicott City, Md.; Robert (and spouse Beverly) Koller, Baltimore, Md.; and David (and spouse Cathy) Koller, Saline, Mich.; 14 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a brother. Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at United Methodist Church, North Manchester. Burial will be in Oaklawn Cemetery, North Manchester.
