WAKARUSA – Jerry A. Wiggins, 55, of Warsaw, died at 12:15 p.m. Nov. 28, 2012, in his residence, after a two- year battle with cancer.
He was born March 10, 1957, in Elkhart, to Earl and Mardell Thews Wiggins, who survive in Wakarusa. His wife, Nancy Keller, survives.
A lifetime area resident, he graduated from NorthWood High School in 1975. He formerly worked at Plymouth Glass and then opened Warsaw Glass and Mirror. He was the drummer for Magi and Grand Army Highway bands.
Also surviving are daughters: Stephanie (and spouse Dave) Snyder, Argos, and Jade (and spouse Simon) Weinstein, Chicago; and Jamie Wiggins, Nappanee; four grandchildren; a great-grandson, Camden; his parents; a sister, Kathy (and spouse Gary) Angleymyer, Wakarusa; and a brother, Denny (and spouse Colleen) Wiggins, Wakarusa.
Services will be at 5 p.m. Saturday at Thompson-Lengacher & Yoder Funeral Home, Wakarusa, with Pastor Tom Thews officiating. Cremation will take place.
Calling is from 1 to 5 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
