GOSHEN – Jeremy D. Ranstead, 27, Warsaw, died Dec. 19, 2014, in New Paris. He was born Oct. 29, 1987, in Pomona, Calif., to James Ranstead and Misty Triplett Mikel. He was a graduate of Winamac High School and attended one year at Ancilla College for business. He worked at Heartland RV, Elkhart, as an electrician. He was a member of the High Shooters paintball league; he was a car and music hobbyist, and he loved his fish tanks. Surviving are two daughters, Annabelle Love and Addyson Ranstead, both of Warsaw; a fiancee, Autum Estep, Warsaw; mother and stepfather, Misty (and spouse Brian) Mikel, Osceola; five brothers: Jayson (and spouse Jenny) Ranstead, Elkhart; Joshua Ranstead, Roseland; Jared (and spouse Kassie) Ranstead, Goshen; Ben (and spouse Kayla) Manns, Rochester; and Jason (and spouse Heather) Mikel, Elkhart; two sisters, Christa (and spouse Alan) Morphew, Noblesville, and Brittney (and spouse Cody) Brooks, Texas; fathers, Jim Ranstead, Greg Manns and Mark Shultz; grandfather, James Triplett; and grandmother, Dolly Schultz, Buena Park, Calif. He was preceded in death by a brother, Lucas Manns. Services were Sunday at Rieth-Rohrer-Ehret Funeral Home, Goshen, with the Rev. Paul Copeland officiating.
