NORTH MANCHESTER - Jerald R. Rule, 57, of Fort Wayne, and formerly of North Manchester, died at 2:02 a.m. Oct. 26, 2010, in Lutheran Hospital, Fort Wayne.
He was born July 4, 1953, in Rochester, to Junior W. and Joan Fultz Rule.
He was a technician for Tri-State Vacuums, Fort Wayne. He was a member of Eel River Community Church of the Brethren, Silver Lake. He graduated from Manchester High School in 1973.
Surviving are his companion, Pam Glenn, Fort Wayne; a brother, Jim (and spouse Trudy) Rule, North Manchester; and a sister, Joyce (and spouse Jery) Nelson, Fort Wayne.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Eel River Community Church of the Brethren, Silver Lake, with Pastor David Biberstein officiating. Burial will be in Ulrey Cemetery, Silver Lake.
Calling is from 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday at McKee Mortuary, North Manchester, and one hour prior to the service Friday at the church.
