ARGOS - Janice Howard-Collins, 68, of 402 W. Marshall Road, Argos, died at 2:15 a.m. Nov. 16, 2008, in Woodlawn Hospital of Rochester.
She was born May 28, 1940, in Hazard, Ky., to Troy and Launa Stacey Howard. She married James Collins in Hazard, who died in 1982.
Surviving are four sons, including Galen "Nat" (and spouse Sarah) Moriarty, Bourbon; a daughter; five grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; three brothers, including Harold Dean (and spouse Maridean) Howard, Rochester; and a sister. She was preceded in death by two sons.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Plymouth Church of Jesus Christ, Argos, with the Rev. Olin Howard officiating. Burial will be in Maple Grove Cemetery, Argos.
Calling is one hour prior to the service Tuesday at the church.
Earl-Grossman Funeral Home, Argos, is in charge of arrangements.
