ROCHESTER – James W. Denny, 82, of Culver, passed away at 2:10 p.m., Wednesday, Sept. 20, 2017, in the comfort of his home.
On Feb. 21, 1935, James William Denny was born in Delong, the son of Joseph Walter and Daisy Mae (Miller) Denny.
He served in U.S. Air Force for 20 years.
In Leiter's Ford on Valentine's Day in 1955, he married Grace Ann Hettinger. They enjoyed nearly 55 years of life's adventures.
A celebration of the life of James W. Denny will be at 12 noon today, Sept. 23, 2017, in the Good Family Funeral Home, 1200 West 18th St. Rochester. Chaplain Dan DeCrow will officiate. Friends may visit with the family from 9:30 a.m. to noon today at the funeral home. Military honors will be conducted by the Fulton County Veteran’s Honor Guard and the US Air Force Honors Team. Interment will be in the Lee's Chapel Cemetery of Batesville, Ark..
