James Lee ‘Jim’ TownsendJames Lee “Jim” Townsend, 86, Warsaw, died Jan. 29, 2022, at Parkview Whitley Hospital, Columbia City.
Born March 11, 1935, in Muncie, Jim was the son of the late James Henry and Jessie Ruth Peasley Townsend.
Jim married Margaret Suzanne “Suzy” Dome on May 22, 1954.
Family and friends may call Saturday, Feb. 5 from 1 to 3 p.m. at the Manchester Church of the Brethren, North Manchester. A celebration of Jim’s life will begin at the conclusion of calling. Pastor Kurt Borgmann and Pastor Amy Gall Ritchie will officiate.
The family of Jim Townsend has entrusted McKee Mortuary, North Manchester, with care and final arrangements.
